OAV Cosmetics was founded in 2021 by makeup artists Oscar Velazquez, from Puerto Rico, and Juan Garcia, from the Dominican Republic. Built on professional artistry and creative expression, OAV has grown beyond cosmetics into a multidisciplinary brand spanning beauty, handmade costume accessories, wearable art, and education.
Our beauty collection focuses on high-impact color, complexion essentials, lashes, tools, and artistry-driven products.
